1. Data controller

Personal data is collected by:
Le Grand Hôtel des Bains SAS, with a share capital of €40 000, whose registered office is located at 15B Rue de l'Église – 29241 Locquirec, registered with the Brest Trade and Companies Register under number 403 149 743.

2. Purposes of personal data processing

The personal data you provide via our website, mobile site or mobile applications, or in the context of your interactions with the Hotel, may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Managing reservations (invoicing, complaints, disputes, incidents during the stay, etc.);

  • Managing your stay (room access, bar purchases, additional services, etc.);

  • Improving and tailoring our services (satisfaction surveys, complaint handling);

  • Managing relationships with prospects (marketing campaigns, promotional offers, etc.);

  • Managing relationships with guests before, during and after their stay (loyalty actions, surveys, promotional offers, commercial statistics, pre-stay emails, customer profile/preferences, newsletters, etc.);

  • Organizing promotional events such as contests or sweepstakes;

  • Hotel staff (Sales, Reception, Management, etc.);

  • Staff of the Hotel’s managing company (Sales, Revenue Management, IT, Communications, Operations, Legal, Finance, Development, Entertainment, Sports, etc.);

  • Authorized service providers and partners (banks, IT providers, online travel agencies, legal advisors, etc.), all of whom are contractually bound to strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.

We may collect and process the following categories of data:

  • Identity data (title, surname, first names, address, phone numbers, email, date of birth, IP address; a copy of an identity document may be kept where required for exercising data rights or legal compliance);

  • Browsing data;

  • Payment information (bank account details, cheque number, credit card number, expiry date, CVV code);

  • Transactional data;

  • Data related to customer relationship management (including loyalty programs, commercial prospecting, studies, surveys, and promotions);

  • Data related to contests, lotteries, and promotional operations;

  • Geolocation data.

Personal data relating to minors will be limited to their name, nationality, and date of birth, and may only be submitted by a legally capable adult. It is your responsibility to ensure that your children do not transmit any personal data without your consent.

5. Data retention period

Personal data will be retained only for as long as strictly necessary to manage our commercial relationship.

Data used for commercial prospecting purposes will be kept for a maximum of three (3) years after the end of the business relationship.
For prospects who are not clients, data will be kept for up to three (3) years after the last contact initiated by the prospect.
