General terms and conditions

Prior to arrival, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the reservation will be taken by the hotel. This deposit will be refunded in the event of timely cancellation. Otherwise, the first night will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival (by 3pm) or in the event of no-show, the first night will be charged and is non-refundable.
